My Name is Elias Maria Neuhann. I was born in July 1985 in Munich.

I went to school in Germany until I was 16 before I went to the UK to do my GCSEs and A-levels. The first school I went to was the College CATS, Cambridge Art and Sience where I studied Art & Design as first subject (fun fact: Lewis Hamilton went to school there with me). After 2 years I changed schools and went to Gordonstoun school in Scotland where I also did Art and Design.

After I graduated, I applied to the Royal College of Art in London, which sadly did not work out. I got accepted at the London Metropolitan University where I wanted to study Fine Arts and Design. Interestingly, out of 21.000 students I was the only one choosing these two subjects which made it difficult to attend all lectures as they would always clash. I left university and worked different jobs in Munich while trying to start a career as an artist on my own. 2009 I did work and travel in Australia until 2011.

Now I work part-time as a medical technical assistant at an eye clinic and I spend the rest of my time in my atelier where I sell my art. My dream is to be able to make a living from it, as this is what I'm meant to do.
